Keynote Speaker & Corporate Mentalist

Your people do their best work when they feel seen, and when they can see what's possible.

I use magic to create that moment in the room, then turn it into connection, resilience, and innovation that outlasts the event.

Sound Familiar?

The room is full. The connection isn't.

You've booked motivational speakers before. People clap, they nod, and by Monday nothing has changed.

Your team feels disconnected and burned out, quietly going through the motions.

Your leaders are frozen. AI and constant change have them playing defense instead of leading it.

Your events and recognition feel procedural, forgotten by the weekend.

It doesn't have to be that way. You can build a culture where people feel seen, and see what's possible.

The Idea

Reality isn't fixed.

Thirty years ago, a kid who could barely get a sentence onto the page found the one thing that made him feel seen: a deck of cards and a room that leaned in. Magic taught me that what looks impossible is usually just a frame waiting to be questioned.

That's the whole job now. I walk into your event and create a moment of genuine wonder, the kind that makes a room go quiet, and in that moment two things happen at once. People feel seen. And they start to see what's possible.

Everything I build, for an entire company or for its leaders, runs on that one hinge: feel seen, then see what's possible.

Two Ways to Change a Culture

Bottom-up, or top-down.

The Magic of Connection changes culture from the floor up, through connection. The Wonder Cycle works from leadership down, adding resilience and innovation on top.

Bottom-Up · Whole Company

The Magic of Connection

We change culture through connection.

When everyone in the room feels seen, culture shifts. A connection keynote and mentalism experience that turns a room of strangers, or a tired team, into people who feel valued, reconnected, and genuinely glad to be there. Tailored to your theme, your message, or your cause.

  • Turns networking and receptions into real connection
  • Makes recognition and appreciation actually land
  • Connects a fundraising room to the heart of the cause
Perfect for: conferences, all-hands, galas, fundraisers, customer appreciation, awards nights, celebrations

The Wonder Cycle

When leaders learn to see what's possible.

A leadership keynote and development program built on a four-step framework your leaders can run long after I leave. It turns fear of change into curiosity, and curiosity into connection, resilience, and innovation.

  • Unfreezes teams stuck in "this is how we've always done it"
  • Turns disruption and AI anxiety into momentum
  • Gives leaders a repeatable habit, not a one-day high
Perfect for: leadership retreats, offsites, sales kickoffs, change and innovation initiatives

Explore the Wonder Cycle

See what this could look like for your team.

The Framework

The Wonder Cycle

The four moves a leader can run on a Tuesday to keep wonder, and the change it unlocks, alive.

01

Ask "What If?"

Question the expectation everyone treats as fixed.

02

Explore What's Possible

Widen the options before you narrow them.

03

Go All In

Commit with eyes open, not hedged.

04

Learn & Grow

Treat every result, win or loss, as data. Then ask "what if?" again.

It's a cycle on purpose.
Wonder isn't a one-time spark. It's a habit a team can keep.
Where Fully Seen Fits

One idea. Every kind of room.

People do their best work when they feel seen and can see what's possible. That's true at almost every event you run.

Conferences & Annual Meetings

Every attendee feels seen, and the room leaves seeing the year ahead.

Sales Kickoffs

A team that feels seen sells like it, then sees what's possible this quarter.

Leadership Retreats

Leaders who see what's possible, teams who feel seen.

Fundraising Galas

Donors give when they feel seen and fully see the cause.

Customer Appreciation

Make your customers feel genuinely seen, not marketed to.

Awards & Recognition

Recognition only lands when people feel truly seen.

Holidays & Celebrations

A night where everyone in the room feels seen.

Change & Innovation

Unfreeze the room by helping people see what's possible.

Meet Daniel

Hi, I'm Daniel.

At seven years old, I watched a magician on TV and asked myself a question that has defined my whole life: what else is possible?

Connection was the hardest thing in the world for me. I have autism, diagnosed only five years ago, after a lifetime of fights I couldn't talk my way out of and paragraphs that took hours to write. The thing I struggled with most became the work of my life. I learned to "talk onto the page," trained as a speaker with Les Brown, studied memory with a US Memory Champion, earned a business degree, served as an executive director, am working toward my MBA, and have performed for Fortune 500 teams from boardrooms to galas across the Americas.

I'm not here to fool your people. I'm here to make them feel seen, and show them what else is possible.

What You're Left With

When a team feels seen.

Connection

People leave feeling seen, valued, and reconnected to each other and to the mission.

Resilience

Fear of change becomes curiosity, so the next disruption is met with questions, not panic.

Innovation

A room that can see what's possible starts asking "what if?", the first move of every breakthrough.
